This book mainly explores the development of vocational education in China during the historical period of the transition from tradition to modern era in Chinese society at the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the People's Dynasty. This paper explains the relationship between vocational education and industrial education, the evolution of vocational education thinking and its initial formation with the vocational education system, and summarizes the characteristics and functions of modern vocational education in China and its status in late Qing Dynasty society. At the same time, the limitations and shortcomings of vocational education in China are objectively analyzed. It is undoubtedly of great reference value and reference significance for us to further study the development of vocational education in modern China and promote the reform of the education system in contemporary China.（AI翻译）
