It refers to scientific recognition of the famous Japanese physicist-Mituo Taketani, thinks from phenomenon and entity （relationship） to essence. By means of specific analysis of three units, it shows the discipline developments with three great span from geometry to physics, from physics to economics and from economics to ecology （phenomenon） .Then it studies system evolution of three main lines, from equilibrium to nonequilibrium, from linear to nonlinear and from being to becoming （relationship） .Finally, it elaborates study findings of three sides, the world's nonlinearity, nonlinear interaction and nonlinear thinking （essence） .This work involves wide academic fields, touches upon a lot of data and expounds exactly. It is a work integrates theory into practice, which can enlighten wisdom, improve thinking and increase knowledge.
