Standing at the height of the construction of the national innovation system, this book extends the theories, methods and tools of bibliometrics from scientific literature to patent documents, systematically expounds the emergence and development and evolution of related concepts such as patent system, patent documents, and patent measurement, and comprehensively introduces the theory, indicators, methods and tools of patent measurement. Based on the patent literature information in the patent literature database of the Chinese Intellectual Property Office, empirical research was carried out, and the cooperative relationship and cooperation mode between inventors and patentees and the knowledge exchange generated by patent cooperation were quantitatively analyzed. Based on a large number of statistical data and measurement results, it describes the current status of professional cooperation in China, refers to the existing problems and deficiencies, and gives specific optimization suggestions and improvement measures.
