这是一个学术研究群，以探索中国“三农”事业改革与发展的制度方向和实施路径为目标，认为政策支持下的社区型综合性农民合作组织（综合农协）及农协体系是“三农”改革的重要方向。这个研究群起步于2002年中国社科院社会政策研究中心课题组在陕西洛川所做“农村社区卫生服务”社会政策试验。该课题组2005年帮助愿意走综合服务方向的农民合作组织设立了“农禾之家”联盟；2008年在湖北建始县开展新农村综合发展协会（新农协）试点，探索为农民提供经济、社会、文化综合性服务的农民合作组织创新之路；2011年发起设立北京农禾之家咨询服务中心并正式注册；2012年设立北京农禾之家咨询服务中心综合农协研究组。目前，针对“三农”问题的多学科、多领域协同研究的学术群体已经形成，可进行理论研究、案例剖析、政策探索、试点设计、专题咨询。

This is an academic research group that aims to explore the institutional direction and implementation path of the reform and development of China's "three rural areas", and believes that the community-based comprehensive farmers' cooperative organization (comprehensive agricultural cooperative) and the agricultural cooperative system supported by the policy are important directions for the reform of the "three rural areas". This research group began in 2002 when the research group of the Social Policy Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences conducted a social policy experiment on "rural community health services" in Luochuan, Shaanxi Province. In 2005, the research group helped farmers' cooperative organizations willing to take the direction of comprehensive services to establish the "Agricultural Home" alliance; In 2008, the pilot project of the New Rural Comprehensive Development Association (New Agricultural Cooperative) was carried out in Jianshi County, Hubei Province, to explore the innovative path of farmers' cooperative organizations that provide comprehensive economic, social and cultural services for farmers; In 2011, he initiated the establishment of Beijing Nonghe Home Consulting Service Center and officially registered; In 2012, the Comprehensive Agricultural Cooperation Research Group of Beijing Nonghe Home Consulting Service Center was established.
