To uphold and improve the party's leadership and raise the scientific level of party building, we should innovate the party-building strategy in the spirit of reform and opening up, strengthen the capacity of ruling the country, and consolidate and enhance the party's advanced nature and purity. Especially in the face of the "four major tests" and the existence of "four major dangers" in the new historical period, the general secretary issued a call to the whole party to "administer the party strictly in an all-round way" and expounded a series of important ideas, which provided a basis for party building and the anti-corruption struggle in the new period.
