本文集以“文学世界与族群书写”为主题，探讨中国与英语世界中的族群书写、文化传承与身份认同议题。文集分为四部分。第一部分“族群书写”研究中国西南少数民族的族群文学。重点以广西壮族的“刘三姐叙事”和贵州苗族的“蚩尤叙事”为对象，运用文化人类学的方法，在田野调查和文献分析的基础上，研究壮族和苗族的口承文化具有何种表述价值和结构。第二部分“世界文学”以中西方的作家作品和文学史为研究对象，分析美国的多族群文学史建构以及英国、中国的作家作品中的身份认同、地域认同。第三部分“学科交叉”梳理、评述和反思了文学人类学这一新兴交叉学科的研究方法和范式。第四部分“述评对话”评论了文学与人类学研究的学人专著。

With the theme of "The Literary World and Ethnic Writing", this collection explores the issues of ethnic writing, cultural inheritance and identity in China and the English-speaking world. The anthology is divided into four parts. The first part, "Ethnic Writing," studies the ethnic literature of ethnic minorities in southwest China. Focusing on the "Liu Sanjie Narrative" of the Zhuang people in Guangxi and the "Narrative of Chi You" of the Miao people in Guizhou, the method of cultural anthropology is used to study the expressive value and structure of the oral culture of the Zhuang and Miao ethnic groups on the basis of fieldwork and literature analysis. The second part, "World Literature", takes Chinese and Western writers' works and literary history as the research object, and analyzes the construction of multi-ethnic literary history in the United States, as well as the identity and regional identity in the works of British and Chinese writers. The third part, "Interdisciplinarity", sorts, reviews and reflects on the research methods and paradigms of literary anthropology, an emerging interdisciplinary discipline.
