This book reviews soft power and the research results related to soft power, takes soft power theory, administrative culture theory, new public administration theory, new public service theory, new institutionalism theory, etc. as the theoretical basis, and uses literature analysis method, comparative analysis method, empirical analysis method and other research methods to clarify and solve four questions: What is administrative soft power? How to measure administrative soft power? What is the current situation of the Chinese government's administrative strength construction and what are the existing problems? How to enhance the soft power of the Chinese government's administration?
