On the basis of introducing the basic theory and composition of CGE models, this book first introduces in detail the basic knowledge required for simulation using the General Mathematical Modeling System (GAMS), and uses examples to help readers learn and master the methods of establishing and debugging CGE models with GAMS software. Then, the CGE model, the overlapping era (OLG) model and the population growth model are dynamically combined to simulate the relationship between population aging and economic development under general equilibrium conditions, which provides a flexible quantitative analysis tool for various pension reform options.
