本书是国家社会科学基金课题“食品安全供应链中核心企业决策机制研究：基于诚信机制的视角”（12BGL004）的最终结项成果。在根据课题中期变更申请并得到批准情况下，研究内容发生重大调整，相对于原研究计划，研究内容拓展并重心前移，凸显“诚信”特点，由原来的决策机制研究调整为在研究食品供应链核心企业诚信行为影响机理的基础上，探求核心企业诚信行为和协调机制之间的联系，进而构建诚信决策机制，“原因-结果”的逻辑思路更严谨合理。基于此，课题最终成果名称为“食品供应链核心企业的诚信行为影响机理及协调机制研究”。本书获得了河北经贸大学学术著作出版基金和河北省企业管理重点学科建设项目资助，也是笔者近几年在这方面的系统性研究成果。

This book is the final result of the National Social Science Foundation project "Research on the Decision Mechanism of Core Enterprises in Food Safety Supply Chain: Based on the Perspective of Integrity Mechanism" (12BGL004). Compared with the original research plan, the research content was expanded and the focus was shifted forward, highlighting the characteristics of "integrity", and the original decision-making mechanism research was adjusted to explore the connection between the creditworthiness behavior of core enterprises and the coordination mechanism on the basis of studying the influence mechanism of the creditworthiness behavior of core enterprises in the food supply chain, and then build a creditworthiness decision-making mechanism, and the logical idea of "cause-effect" is more rigorous and reasonable. Based on this, the final result of the project is entitled "Research on the Impact Mechanism and Coordination Mechanism of Integrity Behavior of Core Enterprises in the Food Supply Chain". This book has been funded by the Academic Publication Fund of Hebei University of Economics and Business and the Key Discipline Construction Project of Enterprise Management of Hebei Province, and it is also the author's systematic research results in this regard in recent years.（AI翻译）
