由李扬、张晓晶、常欣等著《中国国家资产负债表2018》，是继2013年版和2015年版之后的第三本专著。本书编制了2000-2016年完整的中国国家资产负债表与各部门资产负债表，将“家底”和盘托出；并在编制方法、数据跨度及国际比较等方面取得重要进展，填补了国家资产负债表数据的空白，为分析中国国家能力、财富构成与债务风险提供了权威依据。

This book is based on the improvement of the national governance system and the improvement of national governance capabilities, it aims to compile and study the balance sheets of the country as a whole, residents, non-financial enterprises, financial institutions and central banks, central government, local governments, and external departments, combined with the phased, institutional and structural characteristics of economic development in the process of market- oriented reform. This book systematically analyzes the characteristics and trajectories of China's economic scale expansion and structural adjustment, and objectively evaluates various short-term and medium-term economic operations, debts and financial risks. On the basis of scientific estimation of various types of data, the book makes a preliminary analysis of China's national and departmental balance sheets, and attempts to examine a series of major issues that face the current China, such as developmental sustainability, government transformation, local debt, welfare reform, the openness and stability of the financial system, etc. from a new perspective. The book also explores corresponding policy measures and institutional arrangements.
