当前，中国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段，破解经济发展不平衡、不协调、不可持续问题，实现经济增长动力转换，完成全面建成小康社会决胜阶段任务的一个重要途径就是努力提高全要素生产率。本书运用统一口径数据资料，系统编制了中国总量和省际层面的生产性资本存量，深入分析了全要素生产率的时空演变特征，并对要素配置扭曲、产业结构调整、公共资本投入、FDI技术外溢和资源环境约束对TFP的影响进行了实证研究。

At present, China's economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage, and an important way to solve the problem of unbalanced, uncoordinated and unsustainable economic development, realize the transformation of economic growth power, and complete the decisive stage of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way is to strive to improve total factor productivity. Using unified caliber data, this book systematically compiles China's total and inter-provincial productive capital stock, deeply analyzes the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of total factor productivity, and empirically studies the impact of factor allocation distortion, industrial structure adjustment, public capital investment, FDI technology spillover, and resource environmental constraints on TFP.（AI翻译）
