本书是在以“文化哲学视域下的主体问题”为主题的第十一届“中国文化哲学论坛”的会议论文基础上编辑而成的，其主要内容由四个方面构成。一是关于主体和主体性问题的学术定位，包括对自我、主观随意性、从“主体性”到“主体间性”再到“MITSEIN”等问题的哲学探讨。二是关于文化现象、文化本质和文化传统的哲学反思，包括文化大发展抑或文化大危机的后现代思考、伽达默尔“游戏论”的现象学意义、文化工具论、生活世界视域中文化传统的现代性意蕴、中国传统法律文化的终极预设、中国传统文化的思想工作维度等。三是关于文化与主体相互关系问题的多维度哲学透视，包括文化自觉的主体性维度、全球化境遇中的文化主体性的守护路径、德里达对于语言学的后主体性建构、对罗尔斯式正义的主体性分析以及对文化与语言、文化与结构、自由意志与物理世界等关系的透视。四是关于当代中国社会主义文化建设的思考，包括走向社会主义的澄明之境、当代中国话语体系的三原色等多维度思考。

This book is compiled on the basis of the conference papers of the 11th "Chinese Cultural Philosophy Forum" with the theme of "Subject Issues from the Perspective of Cultural Philosophy", and its main content consists of four aspects. The first is the academic orientation of subjects and subjectivity, including philosophical discussions on self, subjective arbitrariness, from "subjectivity" to "intersubjectivity" to "MITSEIN". The second is philosophical reflections on cultural phenomena, cultural essence and cultural traditions, including postmodern thinking on the great development of culture or the great crisis of culture, the phenomenological significance of Gadamer's "game theory", the theory of cultural tools, the modernity implications of the tradition of Chinese from the perspective of the living world, the ultimate presupposition of traditional Chinese legal culture, and the dimension of ideological work of traditional Chinese culture. The third is a multi-dimensional philosophical perspective on the interrelationship between culture and subjectivity, including the subjectivity dimension of cultural consciousness, the guardianship path of cultural subjectivity in the context of globalization, Derrida's post-subjectivity construction of linguistics, the subjectivity analysis of Rawlsian justice, and the perspective of the relationship between culture and language, culture and structure, free will and the physical world. The fourth is the thinking on the construction of socialist culture in contemporary China, including multi-dimensional thinking such as the clear state of socialism and the three primary colors of the contemporary Chinese discourse system.（AI翻译）
