图书简介
对社会转型背景下的犯罪问题进行深入的研究，对于预防和减少犯罪的发生，遏制犯罪的高发态势，具有非常重要的现实意义。本书采取定量研究与定性研究相结合的方法，对西南地区G市三所监狱的1518名服刑人员进行问卷调查，并从中选取了62名服刑人员进行一对一的半结构式访谈，考察服刑人员被捕前1年里财产犯罪行为、暴力犯罪行为、毒品犯罪行为的发生率及影响因素，并提出相应的犯罪预防对策。
