本书在借鉴国内外经验教训基础上，构建了房地产业健康发展的评价体系，分析了房地产业发展的现状。在对房地产业调控子系统、信贷子系统、生产子系统以及消费子系统的系统动力学分析基础上，进行了房地产业健康发展的系统动力学研究，得出房地产业健康发展的核心是房地产业运行与产业泡沫的平衡以及房地产业与相关产业和整个国民经济协调发展。根据以上分析，从完善政府调控政策，控制金融风险，规范开发企业行为以及正确引导消费者消费理念方面，提出了对策建议。
Based on the lessons learned at home and abroad, this book constructs an evaluation system for the healthy development of the real estate industry and analyzes the current situation of the development of the real estate industry. Based on the system dynamics analysis of the regulation subsystem, credit subsystem, production subsystem and consumption subsystem of the real estate industry, the systematic dynamics of the healthy development of the real estate industry are studied, and it is concluded that the core of the healthy development of the real estate industry is the balance between the operation of the real estate industry and the industrial bubble and the coordinated development of the real estate industry and related industries and the entire national economy.
