本书基于区域语言学的研究视角，考察苏皖方言处置标记的语义类型及共时分布，分析处置式的句法表现及语义特征，追溯多功能处置标记、特殊处置式的源流及演变。通过比较方言间的异同，揭示区域特征及其历时动因，为汉语处置式的深入研究和汉语方言语法的比较研究提供参考。
