“Three Lectures” is a special academic and external publicity platform launched by the China-Africa Institute (CAI) to promote people-to-people exchanges between China and Africa by inviting renowned Chinese and African scholars, Chinese ambassadors to African countries, and African ambassadors to China to give speeches on time-honored China-Africa friendship and partnership. This book is the second volume of anthology of speeches of “Three Lectures”from 2021 to 2023, covering topics of Chinese modernization, centenary of the Communist Party of China (CPC), China-Africa cooperation on poverty alleviation and climate change, building of a high-level China-Africa community with a shared future. Additionally, speeches given by African former heads of state, African diplomats and African prestigious scholars at the 11th Meeting of the China-Africa Think Tanks Forum are also included in this book.
