内容摘要：哈萨克斯坦是中国重要邻国，处于丝绸之路经济带核心区域，在共建丝绸之路经济带中可以发挥重要作用。而中国在哈萨克斯坦对外政策中也处于重要和优先位置，是哈萨克斯坦重要合作伙伴。共建“丝绸之路经济带”倡议和“光明之路”新经济政策是中哈两国领导人为适应国际政治经济发展新形势结合本国发展国情和特点提出的国家发展战略，两国在两者战略对接上已经形成高度共识。通过分析哈萨克斯坦“光明之路”新经济政策以及相关发展战略，可以看到中哈两国的对外政策、发展目标及实施战略存在高度契合，可以全方位进行合作，实现互利共赢。同时，我们也要认识到由于各种因素的影响，中哈两国合作和战略对接不会一帆风顺，需要克服很多困难。关键词：一带一路；光明之路；对接Abstract：The Republic of Kazakhstan，located in the center of Silk Road Economic Belt，plays a significant role in building it. And as a neighboring country，the Kazakhstan-China collaboration has been characterized at prior and highest levels.It is the national development strategies to jointly build the Belt and Road initiative and promote Kazakhstan’s new economic policy named the Bright Road that both Chinese and Kazakhstan’s leaders have proposed，which properly designed according to their own characteristics confronting the newly global and regional situations.When analyzing the Bright Road and relevant strategies，we could sense that a consensus is reinforced by a high standard of alignment and coordination not only in foreign policy，but also developmental goals，and practical strategies，which could further strengthen the all-dimensional cooperation，and realize mutual benefit.However，we must have a fully understanding that it could not meet the interests of both in a totally smooth way due to various factors.Keywords：the Belt and Road initiative；the Bright Road；alignment
