In opening wider to the outside world, we must pay great attention to safeguarding national economic security, which is an inevitable choice and requirement for safeguarding the country's fundamental economic interests. The investment and asset mergers and acquisitions of multinational companies in China have had a certain positive effect on China's economic development, but they have also brought a certain degree of threat to China's national economic security. This book theoretically attempts to establish the analytical framework and basic propositions of multinational investment, asset acquisition and China's economic security. In practice, from the aspects of the impact of multinational companies' investment and asset mergers and acquisitions on China's industrial structure, trade structure, financial security, independent innovation ability and environmental pollution effects, this paper evaluates and reflects on China's national economic security, and puts forward effective ways to maintain national economic security.（AI翻译）
