In the history of Chinese poetry for more than 3,000 years, the Book of Poetry, Chu Ci and Tang poetry are undoubtedly three historical monuments that have blazed through the ages. This book deeply explores the relationship between the succession and development of "wind" ("Book of Poetry") and "Shao" ("Chu Ci") poetry and Tang poetry, especially in the inheritance of themes, the imitation of styles, the ingestion of imagery, the melting of artistic conception, the borrowing of techniques, the use of dictionaries, and the contemplation of green sentiments.
