本书从失能老人的长期照料需求出发，使用中国城乡老年人口状况追踪调查数据，运用城乡二元—失能等级—需求类型的分析模型，对城乡失能老人的长期照料需求进行了比较研究。从广义的角度提出了我国老年人长期照料需求的定义并确定了评估指标，通过比较分析了城乡失能老人对生活照料、健康照料、社会支持、精神慰藉的需求状况、满足程度和影响因素，为有针对性地发展城乡长期照料服务体系提供了量化依据，并在福利多元主义框架下提出了“以需求为导向”构建城乡失能老人长期照料服务体系的政策建议。

Starting from the long-term care needs of the disabled elderly, this book uses the long-term care needs of the elderly in urban and rural areas of China and the analysis model of urban-rural duality-disability level-demand type to compare the long-term care needs of the disabled elderly in urban and rural areas. From a broad perspective, the definition of the long-term care needs of the elderly in China is put forward and the evaluation indicators are determined, and the needs, satisfaction and influencing factors of urban and rural disabled elderly for life care, health care, social support and spiritual comfort are compared and analyzed, which provides a quantitative basis for the targeted development of urban and rural long-term care service system, and puts forward policy suggestions for "demand-oriented" construction of long-term care service system for urban and rural disabled elderly under the framework of welfare pluralism.（AI翻译）
