本书综合运用管理学、经济学、政治学三大学科理论，构建“公共服务能力结构—公共服务能力与县域包容性增长关系—公共服务能力与其影响因素关系—公共服务能力建设路径”较为系统的具有中国特色的县级政府公共服务能力体系，在研究视野上对目前主要局限于经济或社会、政治等单一视角研究进行补充，在内容上运用结构方程模型等量化研究方法，探索公共服务能力与县域包容性增长之间的深层次规律，增强了建议的有效性和前瞻性。

This book comprehensively uses the three major disciplines of management, economics and political science to construct a more systematic public service capability system of county-level governments with Chinese characteristics in "public service capacity structure-relationship between public service capacity and county inclusive growth-relationship between public service capacity and its influencing factors-public service capacity building path", supplementing the current research mainly limited to a single perspective of economy or society and politics in terms of research perspective, and using quantitative research methods such as structural equation models in terms of content. Exploring the deep-seated law between public service capacity and inclusive growth of counties enhances the effectiveness and forward-looking nature of the recommendations.（AI翻译）
