《西南民族人口文化研究》为2010年国家社科基金同名项目最终研究成果。成果在辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义方法论的指导下，运用民族学、人口学、文化学等学科理论与方法，对西南民族人口文化生境、内容体系、历史价值、变迁发展等进行了概括与分析，从伴随人口生育、成长、迁移流动、老年高龄长寿、死亡这一生命历程的文化事象，与人口再生产密不可分的婚姻、家庭、亲属、继嗣、伦理、习俗、财产继承等制度性的规范和行为，以及人口、人类发展与资源环境、法律规制相互作用、互为影响的观念意识及其行动调适等内容整合上，建构了西南民族人口文化的内容体系与研究构架，展现了西南民族人口文化原生性、民族性、山地性、宗教性、多元性、制度性、发展性等特征风貌，提出了西南民族人口文化的发展方向和根本目标是“和谐人口文化”的观点，并对其内涵与实践路径进行了具体的分析，突破了当前人口文化研究多囿于生育文化研究的局限，在一定程度上填补了人口学、民族学研究的空白，具有一定的学术与应用价值。

"Research on Ethnic Population Culture in Southwest China" is the final research result of the 2010 National Social Science Foundation project of the same name. Under the guidance of dialectical materialism and historical materialist methodology, the results summarize and analyze the cultural habitat, content system, historical value, change and development of the southwest ethnic population by using ethnology, demography, cultural studies and other disciplines and methods, from the cultural events that accompany the life course of population fertility, growth, migration, old age, longevity, death, and other institutional norms and behaviors such as marriage, family, relatives, heirs, ethics, customs, property inheritance, etc. that are inseparable from population reproduction. As well as the integration of population, human development and resources and environment, legal regulation interaction, mutual influence and action adjustment, the content system and research framework of southwest ethnic population culture are constructed, showing the characteristics of the cultural origin, ethnicity, mountainousness, religion, pluralism, institution, development and other characteristics of southwest ethnic population culture, put forward the development direction and fundamental goal of southwest ethnic population culture "harmonious population culture", and make a specific analysis of its connotation and practice path. It breaks through the limitations of the current population culture research limited to the study of fertility culture, fills the gap of demography and ethnology research to a certain extent, and has certain academic and application value.（AI翻译）
