本书从中国大学智库评价的理论建构和学理逻辑出发，提出了一个与众不同的新型指标体系，以期为中国大学智库的建设和发展提供新的视野与路向。建构了以“契合度”“活跃度”“贡献度”为核心的“三维模型”FAC，即维度一：与中国特色新型智库认定标准与任务要求相关性的评价谓之“契合度”；维度二：从量的角度，通过各类公共数据信息平台对大学智库机构和首席专家的表征搜索的评价谓之“活跃度”；维度三：从质的角度，通过资政建言采纳、理论研究成果、智库人才培养呈现状态的评价谓之“贡献度”。依据中国大学智库“三维模型”和相应的评价指标体系，从定性和定量两个角度、综合评分和单项评分两个层面，推出中国大学智库机构三十强和百强排行榜，旨在从聚焦国家重大战略、展现社会关注热点、凸显优势研究机构三方面，激励大学智库创新发展。

Starting from the theoretical construction and academic logic of Chinese university think tank evaluation, this book puts forward a unique new index system, in order to provide a new vision and direction for the construction and development of Chinese university think tanks. The "three-dimensional model" FAC with "fit", "activity" and "contribution" as the core was constructed, that is, dimension 1: the evaluation of the correlation between the identification standards and task requirements of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics is called "fit"; Dimension 2: From the perspective of quantity, the evaluation of the representation search of university think tanks and chief experts through various public data information platforms is called "activity"; Dimension 3: From a qualitative point of view, the evaluation of the status of the status of senior government advice, theoretical research results, and think tank talent training is called "contribution". According to the "three-dimensional model" of Chinese university think tanks and the corresponding evaluation index system, from the two perspectives of qualitative and quantitative, comprehensive scoring and single scoring, the ranking of the top 30 and top 100 think tank institutions of Chinese universities is launched, aiming to stimulate the innovation and development of university think tanks from three aspects: focusing on major national strategies, showing hot spots of social concern, and highlighting advantageous research institutions.（AI翻译）
