This book focuses on the opportunities and challenges faced by Chinese manufacturing enterprises under the background of "Internet +" and "Made in China 2025" development strategies, and conducts systematic research on the basic connotation, dimension and measurement, as well as the formation and utility mechanism of business model innovation of Chinese manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of business ecosystem, based on the two major aspects of theory and empirical evidence, so as to strengthen the theoretical exploration and practical interpretation of business model innovation of Chinese manufacturing enterprises. This book expands the theoretical framework of business model innovation research from the perspective of business ecosystem, and deepens the connotation research of innovation-driven development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.
