本书是在对黑龙江、内蒙古和吉林三省区中俄边境口岸现场调研基础上写作完成的，它不仅是对中俄边境口岸发展状况的总结和梳理，更是对两国边境地区主要合作进程、成果、未来发展前景和存在问题的探究。在中俄合作进入新阶段、“一带一路”建设不断推进的背景下，本书关注的焦点是：如何提升边境地区合作水平，如何通过加强口岸建设，加快两国客流、物流、资金流、技术流进一步有序、有效发展；如何使口岸经济发展与两国经贸合作向调整结构、提升质量转化的趋势相适应；如何利用中俄合作促进沿边省区发展，推动东北振兴。

This book was finished on the basis of field research on the ports on the border between China and Russia in the provinces and regions such as Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia and Jilin, and it is a book that not only summarizes and teases out the developmental situation of such ports on the border between China and Russia, but explores the main course of the cooperation, results, future developmental prospects of as well as the existing problems in border regions of both countries. Against the background of the entrance of Sino-Russian cooperation into a new stage and the construction under the “Belt & Road” Initiative develops continuously, the book focuses on: How to improve the level of cooperation in the border regions and how to accelerate the orderly and efficient development of passenger flow, logistics, fund flow and the flow of technology of both counties by enhancing the construction of such ports; how to make the development of a port economy adapt to the trend of structural adjustment and improvement of quality transformation in economic and trade cooperation between the two countries; how to take advantage of Sino-Russian cooperation to promote the development of those provinces and regions on the border and the revitalization of northeastern China.
