Baige Zhao全国人大常委会委员，外事委员会副主任委员中国社会科学院蓝迪国际智库项目专家委员会主席赵白鸽是中国政界领袖、学者和智库领袖，现任全国人大外事委员会副主任委员、中国社会科学院蓝迪国际智库项目专家委员会主席和国家气候变化专家委员会委员。作为成立于2014年、致力推动“一带一路”建设的中国社会科学院蓝迪国际智库发起人，赵白鸽博士致力于推进“一带一路”建设与国际合作，开启蓝迪国际智库重大项目的研究，就“一带一路”倡议的实施向党中央国务院建言献策，并组织助推中国企业“走出去”的服务团队。赵白鸽作为全国人大常委会委员、外事委员会副主任委员，担任中英议会交流机制主席、中国—南非议会交流机制常务副主席，是全国人大对欧洲8国、对非洲15国的双边友好小组组长。通过开展与外国议员交流，促进全国人大与外国议会交流，2015年被选为亚洲议会大会经济委员会主席。2011—2014年，赵白鸽担任中国红十字会常务副会长，并当选红十字会与红新月会国际联合会副主席，负责协调亚太地区（包括中东、太平洋岛国等地区）事务，积极应对国际人道主义危机，开展冲突和灾害管理，成功组织了应对菲律宾海燕台风、缅甸北部难民...

Under the strong support of the Chinese government and CASS to build a new think tank, the BRI Think Tank is committed to building a platform and network for integrating resources, serving central decision-making, supporting Chinese companies, and promoting the implementation of the Great Strategy of the Belt and Road Initiative. This book summarizes the achievements of the BRI Think Tank in 2015. This book is divided into three chapters, respectively introduces the system and mechanism of the BRI Think Tank to actively explore the construction of a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics, integrate resources to make suggestions and give play to the role of think tanks, promote international cooperation, and pragmatically build the Belt and Road Initiative. The aim of this book is to enable the world to get a deeper understanding of China and to promote broader international cooperation.

王伟光，中国社会科学院大学教授、南开大学终身教授、中共中央党校教授，哲学博士，博士研究生导师，中国社会科学院学部委员。中国共产党第十七届中央委员会候补委员，第十八届中央委员会委员。现任第十三届全国政协委员、常委、民族和宗教委员会主任，南开大学一中国社会科学院大学21世纪马克思主义研究院院长，中国辩证唯物主义研究会会长，马克思主义理论研究和建设工程咨询委员会委员、首席专家，马克思主义理论一级学科，哲学一级学科学术带头人。历任中共中央党校副校长，中国地方志指导小组组长，中国社会科学院院长、党组书记，学部主席团主席，中国社会科学院大学校长，中国马克思主义研究基金会理事长。1987年荣获国务院颁发的“国家有突出贡献的博士学位获得者”荣誉称号。

主要研究领域集中在马克思主义哲学、马克思主义、中国特色社会主义理论体系、习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想、中国特色社会主义重大理论与实践问题和中华思想通史等。出版学术著作五十余部，专著主要有《社会矛盾论》《利益论》《王伟光讲习录》《哲林漫步》《马克思主义学习文稿》《马克思主义与社会主义的历史命运》《改革开放与中国特色社会主义道路》《当代中国马克思主义的最新理论成果》《中华思想史文论（一、二）》等。主编著作主要有《新大众哲学》《马克思主义基本问题》《社会主义通史（八卷本）》《中国特色社会主义理论体系研究》《共产党员必备哲学修养》《开辟当代马克思主义哲学新境界》《中国社会形态史纲》《中华思想通史绪论》等。译著主要有《历史和阶级意识》（合译）。在国家级报纸、期刊上发表论文六百余篇。主持多项国家社科基金项目。

Wang Weiguang, professor at the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, tenured professor at Nankai University, professor at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee, doctor of philosophy, doctoral supervisor and member of the division of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. His main research fields are concentrated in Marxist philosophy, Marxism, socialism with Chinese characteristics, Xi Jinping thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.
