Relying on the background of intellectual history with strong academic color, Qing Dynasty poetics made a historical summary and combing of the entire classical poetics, which was a collection and summary period of classical poetics. As the first volume of the History of Poetics in the Qing Dynasty, this book includes an introduction with a bird's eye view of the cultural character and historical characteristics of poetics in the entire Qing Dynasty, as well as a six-chapter text on the poetics of the Shunzhi, Kangxi, and Yongzheng dynasties. Compared with the predecessors who examined the critical history and poetic history of poetics in the Qing Dynasty from the perspective of a single conceptual history, the research of this book is first based on the careful combing of poetic literature, integrating conceptual history, critical history, and academic history, and fully discussing the historical process, practical orientation, theoretical character and influence of early Qing poetics on later poetics under a broader academic perspective.
