《中国农村金融发展绩效与制度创新研究》在二元经济与二元金融框架下，采用产业组织理论中的“结构-行为-绩效”分析范式，从农村经济金融结构分析入手，研究农村金融组织行为特征、农村金融服务绩效和风险控制，并就农村政策性金融、商业性金融、合作性金融及村镇银行、贷款公司、农村资金互助社三类新型农村金融机构与小额贷款公司的制度创新、非正规金融的政策规制和农村金融生态环境建设进行了深入系统的研究，提出了具有很强针对性、前瞻性和可操作性的对策建议。

Under the framework of dual economy and dual finance, "Research on the Performance and Institutional Innovation of Rural Financial Development in China" adopts the "structure-behavior-performance" analysis paradigm in industrial organization theory, starts from the analysis of rural economic and financial structure, studies the behavior characteristics of rural financial organizations, the performance of rural financial services and risk control, and discusses the institutional innovation of rural policy finance, commercial finance, cooperative finance, village and town banks, loan companies, and rural mutual aid cooperatives.
