本书以《易经》在英语世界的译介和接受为切入点，通过还原国际间文化交往过程中的具体细节，细致考察中国易学思想在英语世界的传播。通过引入变异学、历史学、学术史学等研究方法，通过批评和对话，把《易经》的核心思想真正置于开放的语境中，在尊重中国和英语世界这一文化交流双方的异质性基础上探讨异质文化间的互动和影响。一方面努力挖掘《易经》作为源文本的文化特质，另一方面则深入挖掘英语世界接受视野下的一系列影响和促成《易经》思想在英语世界的重新建构，以期发现《易经》思想在中西之间因文化交流而形成的文化变异现象。

Taking the translation and acceptance of the I Ching in the English-speaking world as the starting point, this book carefully examines the spread of Chinese Yi Xue ideas in the English-speaking world by restoring the specific details of the process of international cultural exchanges. Through the introduction of research methods such as variation, history, and academic historiography, through criticism and dialogue, the core ideas of the I Ching are truly placed in an open context, and the interaction and influence between heterogeneous cultures are explored on the basis of respecting the heterogeneity of the cultural exchanges between China and the English-speaking world. On the one hand, it strives to explore the cultural characteristics of the I Ching as the source text, and on the other hand, it deeply explores a series of influences under the perspective of reception in the English-speaking world and promotes the reconstruction of the I Ching thought in the English-speaking world, in order to discover the cultural variation of the I Ching thought between China and the West due to cultural exchanges.（AI翻译）
