本书结合贵州城镇化建设和生态文明的实际，对贵阳市、毕节地区、黔东南州三个典型样板的经验进行了总结，分析了生态文明城市建设的现实困境与发展趋势。基于生态文明城市与政治生态的共同价值向度，从职能结构变迁、主体结构变迁和组织结构变迁三个方面研究了生态文明城市对地方政府治理模式变迁的影响，进而提出了开放式治理模式的新框架及其适用领域。通过运用典型相关与Logistic回归的分析工具，解释了生态文明城市建设与开放式治理的内在逻辑，并从民主、法治、文化三个维度对地方政府治理模式创新的实现路径进行了诠释。

Based on the reality of urbanization construction and ecological civilization in Guizhou, this book summarizes the experience of three typical models of Guiyang City, Bijie District and Qiandongnan Prefecture, and analyzes the practical difficulties and development trends of ecological civilization city construction. Based on the common value direction of ecological civilized cities and political ecology, the impact of ecological civilized cities on the change of local government governance mode is studied from three aspects: functional structure change, main structure change and organizational structure change, and then a new framework and application fields of open governance model are proposed. By using the analysis tools of typical correlation and logistic regression, the internal logic of ecological civilization city construction and open governance is explained, and the realization path of local government governance model innovation is interpreted from the three dimensions of democracy, rule of law and culture.（AI翻译）
