当前理论界从公民权利角度对中国特色社会主义进行价值解读的成果虽有不少，但大都是针对具体领域的具体问题，缺乏一种宏阔的整体视野。本书对此问题进行了较为深入的系统研究。本书在厘清“公民”、“权利”、“价值”等基本范畴的基础上，分理论和实践两个层面对中国特色社会主义进行价值解读。理论层面，从中国特色社会主义的开创形成、发展动力、价值目标与价值认同等四个维度展开论述公民权利与中国特色社会主义的多重价值关联；实践层面，针对改革攻坚的困境与治理现代化的要求，分析公民权利相对贫困问题在当前的表现、影响及治理。内容涉及党执政模式的现代化、经济发展的动力转变、民主法治的健全完善、公民文化的培育、社会的培育与保卫等方面。

Although there are many achievements in the value interpretation of socialism with Chinese characteristics from the perspective of civil rights, most of them are aimed at specific problems in specific fields and lack a broad overall vision. This book provides a more in-depth and systematic study of this issue. On the basis of clarifying the basic categories of "citizenship", "rights" and "values", this book provides a value interpretation of socialism with Chinese characteristics at both theoretical and practical levels. At the theoretical level, the multiple value relationships between civil rights and socialism with Chinese characteristics are discussed from four dimensions: the creation and formation of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the development momentum, the value goal and value identity. At the practical level, according to the dilemma of reform and the requirements of governance modernization, this paper analyzes the current performance, impact and governance of the problem of relative poverty of civil rights. The content involves the modernization of the party's ruling model, the transformation of the driving force of economic development, the improvement of democracy and the rule of law, the cultivation of civic culture, and the cultivation and protection of society.（AI翻译）
