This book is a collection of the proceedings of the Fourth China-CEEC High-level Think Tank Symposium. This book provides a well-founded analysis of the current situation and future of cooperation between China and CEE, introducing how the "16+1 cooperation" will help the construction of the "Belt and Road", how to promote the "16+1 cooperation" in the next five years, and how the "16+1 cooperation" will promote closer cooperation between China and the EU. The participating experts and scholars systematically sorted out the achievements of the "16+1 cooperation" in the past five years, and comprehensively and deeply discussed the development prospects of the cooperation in the next five years.
