The book is divided into four parts, the first of which sorts out the prominent contradictions in the current urbanization process, and conducts an in-depth analysis of the motives of these contradictions into an online public opinion crisis, and then analyzes the government's response to the online public opinion crisis on the basis of empirical investigation and puts forward corresponding strategies. The second article describes the spread of rumors, the lack of trust in the information society, and the challenges brought by the rise of social media after the transfer of information rights to ordinary people, and proposes ways to rebuild social trust. The third part systematically investigates China's emergency decision-making system under the challenges of information technology, and puts forward the idea of introducing big data technology and thinking into the decision-making system to promote the modernization of government governance capabilities. The fourth part aims at the series of crises facing China's social governance and the current situation of China's democratic system construction, combined with Western deliberative democracy theoretical resources, to find theoretical support and methods for China's social governance reform.（AI翻译）
