Jointly sponsored by the China Society for the History of Foreign Relations and the Qinghai Silk Road Economic Belt Research Institute, and undertaken by the School of Humanities of Qinghai Normal University, the academic seminar "The Silk Road and the Nationalities of Northwest China from the Perspective of the History of Sino-Foreign Relations" was grandly opened at the Xiaodao Cultural and Education Development Base in Xining City.
