当前的网络环境一直面向语义网的方向不断地发展和演进。语义网是一个理想的愿景,关联数据被W3C推荐为语义网的最佳实践,它实质性地促进了面向语义网的网络变革。关联数据的发展和广泛应用使得“数据网络(关联数据网络)”资源环境呈现在我们面前。这一网络资源环境具有明显的特点和优势,并且为人工智能、知识发现等领域的应用提供了巨大的潜力。本研究按照文献调研、分析思考、理论研究、应用研究和实践验证的思路,完成了基于关联数据的知识发现问题识别与分析;关联数据和知识发现基础理论的整理与讨论;基于关联数据的知识发现原理的研究、应用体系的分析和构建;应用系统模型的设计以及实验系统的实现与验证。基于关联数据的知识发现问题源于充分利用关联数据资源和实现更高层次的知识发现的需求。知识发现活动和关联数据网络的发展需要两个领域的理论和应用体系的融合和扩展。在基于关联数据的知识发现综合体系中,关联数据是数据、是网络资源环境、是数据发现工具,为知识发现注入新的活力;知识发现是一般规律、是解决问题的支点和方法、是关联数据网络资源环境上知识活动的目标,结合知识发现的应用能够激活关联数据的最佳潜力。基于关联数据的知识发现原理研究从关联数据应用研究和知识发现基本理论两个方面入手,结合一般规律和特殊需求进行研究。通过对关联数据基本特征和应用特征的分析,识别了关联数据对知识发现的影响及其潜在优势,推知了基于关联数据的知识发现的基本特征和潜力;根据特征的分析,结合知识发现的一般规律,分析了基于关联数据的知识发现过程,并且在此基础上,进一步分析和构建了基于关联数据的知识发现模型。该模型以关联数据作为底层支撑和逻辑控制,以知识发现活动的流程作为结构控制,以关联数据的应用功能作为关键操作控制,抽象出基于关联数据的知识发现活动的新规律。关联数据与知识发现都是重要的知识活动实践方法,在理论模型研究的基础上,对其应用体系的研究具有重要的实践意义。本研究分析了基于关联数据的知识发现的主要任务,从而构建了综合应用体系模型,明确了应用的层次、结构、目标、主要功能以及它们之间的关系。应用体系可以作为相关研究与应用成果的整合框架,也可以作为未来研究的指导和参考。本书还对应用体系中涉及的主要功能进行了基本分析和实现方案研究,探讨了各主要功能的实现策略、方法,探讨了实现的方案及其应用前景。在原理和应用体系研究基础上,本研究进行了应用系统模型的设计和原型系统实现与验证。应用系统模型设计充分利用了原理和应用体系研究与分析的成果,提出了一个以模式整合为核心的基于关联数据的知识发现应用系统原型。本研究的实验系统则实现了基于关联数据的知识发现的基本功能。原型系统执行了实验任务并进行了数据验证,评估了本研究的理论和系统原型的能力和效率。基于关联数据的知识发现研究不仅拓展了知识发现研究的理论体系,同时也深化了关联数据的应用研究。通过研究揭示了基于关联数据的知识发现的客观规律,为未来的应用开发和实践提供了基础。本研究的目标是解析关联数据对于知识发现效率和能力的影响,促进二者之间的相辅相成和不断优化,最终实现对关联数据网络发展乃至面向语义网愿景发展的促进。在理论和实践上,基于关联数据的知识发现理论研究都有一定的创新性和更深远的意义。 关键词:关联数据,知识发现,模型,应用体系,关联数据查询,关联发现

The current network environment has been constantly developing and evolving in the direction of the semantic web. The Semantic Web is an ideal vision, and Linked Data is recommended by the W3C as a best practice for the Semantic Web, which substantially promotes the transformation of the Semantic Web network. The development and widespread application of linked data have made the "data network (Linked Data Network)" resource environment present in front of us. This network resource environment has obvious characteristics and advantages, and provides great potential for the application of artificial intelligence, knowledge discovery and other fields. In this study, according to the ideas of literature research, analytical thinking, theoretical research, applied research and practical verification, the identification and analysis of knowledge discovery problems based on associated data are completed. collation and discussion of basic theories of correlation data and knowledge discovery; Research, analysis and construction of knowledge discovery principles based on linked data; Design of application system models and implementation and verification of experimental systems. The problem of knowledge discovery based on Linked Data stems from the need to leverage Linked Data resources and enable higher levels of knowledge discovery. The development of knowledge discovery activities and associated data networks requires the integration and expansion of theoretical and applied systems in the two fields. In the comprehensive knowledge discovery system based on linked data, linked data is data, network resource environment, and data discovery tool, injecting new vitality into knowledge discovery. Knowledge discovery is the general law, the fulcrum and method of problem solving, and the goal of knowledge activities in the resource environment of the linked data network, and the application combined with knowledge discovery can activate the best potential of the associated data. The research on the principle of knowledge discovery based on linked data starts from the two aspects of applied research of linked data and the basic theory of knowledge discovery, and combines the general rules and special needs of research. Through the analysis of the basic characteristics and application characteristics of the linked data, the influence of the linked data on knowledge discovery and its potential advantages are identified, and the basic characteristics and potential of knowledge discovery based on the linked data are inferred. According to the analysis of features, combined with the general law of knowledge discovery, the knowledge discovery process based on associated data is analyzed, and on this basis, the knowledge discovery model based on linked data is further analyzed and constructed. The model abstracts the new rules of knowledge discovery activities based on associated data by taking the associated data as the underlying support and logical control, the process of knowledge discovery activities as the structural control, and the application function of the associated data as the key operation control. Correlation data and knowledge discovery are important practical methods of knowledge activities, and on the basis of theoretical model research, the study of their application system has important practical significance. This study analyzes the main tasks of knowledge discovery based on correlated data, so as to construct a comprehensive application system model, and clarify the level, structure, goal, main function and relationship between them. The application system can be used as an integrated framework for relevant research and application results, and can also be used as a guide and reference for future research. This book also conducts a basic analysis and implementation scheme research on the main functions involved in the application system, discusses the implementation strategies and methods of each main function, and discusses the implementation scheme and its application prospects. Based on the research of principle and application system, the design of the application system model and the implementation and verification of the prototype system were carried out. The application system model design makes full use of the research and analysis results of principles and application systems, and proposes a prototype of knowledge discovery application system based on associated data with pattern integration as the core. The experimental system in this study realizes the basic function of knowledge discovery based on correlated data. The prototype system performed experimental tasks and data verification, and the ability and efficiency of the theoretical and system prototypes of this study were evaluated. Knowledge discovery research based on linked data not only expands the theoretical system of knowledge discovery research, but also deepens the applied research of linked data. Through the research, the objective law of knowledge discovery based on correlated data is revealed, which provides a foundation for future application development and practice. The goal of this research is to analyze the impact of linked data on the efficiency and ability of knowledge discovery, promote the complementarity and continuous optimization between the two, and ultimately promote the development of linked data networks and even the development of the vision of the semantic web. In theory and practice, the theoretical research of knowledge discovery based on linked data has certain innovation and far-reaching significance.
