本书为国家社科基金青年项目“社会主要矛盾变化新要求下共享发展及其实现机制研究”阶段性成果。共享发展注重解决的是社会公平正义问题。本书以满足人民美好生活需要为根本目标，以人民的公平正义需要为核心聚焦，借鉴和运用国家治理理论，对社会主要矛盾变化新要求下的社会公平保障问题进行了系统梳理分析。本书在梳理社会公平保障的理论渊源、核心概念和基本内容的基础上，分析了现阶段社会公平保障的主要挑战、基本成因和呈现形态，提出了我国社会公平保障应实现国家治理转向的核心论点，并以此为基本逻辑，在借鉴发达国家社会公平治理经验的基础上，提出了我国社会公平保障的基本路径。

This book is the phased result of the National Social Science Foundation Youth Project "Research on Shared Development and Its Realization Mechanism under the New Requirements of Major Social Contradictions and Changes". Shared development focuses on solving the problem of social equity and justice. With the fundamental goal of satisfying the people's needs for a better life, focusing on the people's needs for fairness and justice, this book draws on and applies national governance theories to systematically sort out and analyze the social fairness guarantee issues under the new requirements of major social contradictions and changes. On the basis of sorting out the theoretical sources, core concepts and basic contents of social fairness security, this book analyzes the main challenges, basic causes and presentation forms of social fairness security at this stage, puts forward the core thesis that China's social fairness guarantee should achieve the transformation of national governance, and takes this as the basic logic to put forward the basic path of China's social fairness guarantee on the basis of drawing on the experience of social fairness governance in developed countries.（AI翻译）
