Organized and compiled by the Research Center for Oriental Culture of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, this book reflects the major scientific research achievements of the three generations of Chinese old, middle, and young Oriental philosophers in the more than 60 years since the founding of New China, as well as the historical evolution and development of the discipline of Oriental philosophy. With the development of philosophical research in India, Japan, South Korea and other countries and regions, Chinese scholars have firmly grasped the pulse of the social and political culture of various Eastern countries and regions, taken the frontier issues of Eastern philosophy research as the main line, combined basic theoretical research with practical countermeasure research, and provided a large number of academic masterpieces for the country and academic circles.
