本书将中国特色廉政文化界定为改革开放以来我们党在反腐倡廉建设实践中形成的实践成果、制度成果和理论成果。对这一问题的研究主要从历时性视野和共时性视野两个维度来进行。从历时性视野，主要考察中国特色廉政文化的源头和发展脉络，揭示其与传统社会廉政文化、马克思和恩格斯廉政思想、新民主主义和社会主义建设时期党的廉政建设成果之间的关系。从共时性视野，主要考察中国特色廉政文化的内容与结构。并在此基础上，研究了中国特色廉政文化的基本功能。本书全面系统回答了中国特色廉政文化的形态、业态和生态问题。
This book defines the culture of clean government with Chinese characteristics as the practical, institutional and theoretical achievements formed by our party in the practice of fighting corruption and promoting clean government since the reform and opening up. The research on this problem is mainly carried out from the two dimensions of diachronic vision and synchronic perspective. From the perspective of diachronic nature, it mainly examines the source and development context of the culture of clean government with Chinese characteristics, and reveals its relationship with the traditional culture of clean government in society, the thought of clean government of Marx and Engels, and the achievements of the party's clean government construction in the period of new democracy and socialist construction. From the perspective of synchronicity, this paper mainly examines the content and structure of clean government culture with Chinese characteristics. On this basis, the basic functions of a clean government culture with Chinese characteristics are studied.
