改革开放以来，我国经济飞速发展，世界瞩目，但与此同时，经济增长中的结构性矛盾也日趋凸显，特别是收入分配领域，分配结构严重扭曲，无论要素分配结构、主体分配结构、市场分配结构还是居民内部的分配结构都严重失衡。

本书聚焦于初次分配领域中的要素收入分配，论证了分配导向与产业特征的内在关联，及在知识经济背景下，特别是在我国经济发展方式转变和新的产业发展战略目标的要求下，人力资本成为新的经济增长源泉和产业升级的主要推动力，以人力资本为导向可以实现收入分配的“公平”与“效率”兼容；论证了人力资本导向实现的关键在于人力资本提升与产业结构优化的动态匹配。进一步地，对我国目前的分配导向做出客观评价，并给出了中国要素收入分配导向改革的困境、重点方向与具体的对策建议。

Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has developed rapidly and attracted the attention of the world, but at the same time, the structural contradictions in economic growth have become increasingly prominent, especially in the field of income distribution, the distribution structure is seriously distorted, whether it is the factor distribution structure, the main distribution structure, the market distribution structure or the distribution structure within the residents are seriously imbalanced. This book focuses on the distribution of factor income in the field of primary distribution, demonstrates the intrinsic relationship between distribution orientation and industrial characteristics, and in the context of knowledge economy, especially under the requirements of China's economic development mode transformation and new industrial development strategy goals, human capital has become a new source of economic growth and the main driving force for industrial upgrading, and human capital orientation can achieve the compatibility of "fairness" and "efficiency" of income distribution; It is demonstrated that the key to the realization of human capital orientation lies in the dynamic matching of human capital improvement and industrial structure optimization.
