“网络政治文化”作为网络时代政治文化理论发展的新动向，正逐步成为中外政治学学者、专家关注的热点问题之一。我国对“网络政治文化”的研究始于21世纪初，经过十余年的不断探索，靠前学术界对该理论的概念、特征、影响等基本问题，进行了初步的研究。通过梳理发现，我国对网络政治文化的研究总体上呈现出：起步早、发展快，关注热度不均、上升趋势强劲，直接研究较少、相关探索甚多，理论框架初现、内容创新不足，观点纷繁多样、共识尚难达成，学科交叉明显、方法多样混用等特征。

As a new trend in the development of political culture theory in the Internet era, "network political culture" is gradually becoming one of the hot issues concerned by Chinese and foreign political science scholars and experts. China's research on "network political culture" began in the early 21st century, and after more than ten years of continuous exploration, the academic community has conducted preliminary research on the concept, characteristics, influence and other basic issues of this theory. Through combing, it is found that China's research on network political culture generally presents the characteristics of early start, rapid development, uneven attention to heat, strong upward trend, less direct research, more relevant exploration, emerging theoretical framework, insufficient content innovation, diverse views, difficult to reach consensus, obvious interdisciplinarity, and diverse methods.（AI翻译）
