文化唯物主义莎评是20世纪80年代在英国出现的一个莎评流派,它以激进的政治观点对莎士比亚文本进行了有意义的探索,深入和发展了莎士比亚研究。其视角的时代性,方法的综合化,批评域的空间化和批评的透视力度,以及其内蕴的人文精神都是该批评流派卓尔不群之处。本书以对话的方式,通过对文化唯物主义莎评内容和特点的分析,进而激活文本的知性空间,并展开自我的诗意思考和现实的关注。本书共分五章。第一章导论统领全文,指出文化唯物主义莎评的由来及其基本特色。第二章主要从宏观上把握文化唯物主义莎评的特点并结合具体文本进行了解读。第三章从微观上分析文化唯物主义莎评的进路和特色。第四章主要是对文化唯物主义莎评涉及到的文化行业的意识形态性作了分析。第五章结论总结全文,并指出文化唯物主义莎评的本质。本书对莎士比亚研究和文艺理论批评均有参考价值。
许勤超,男,河南尉氏人。南京大学比较文学与世界文学博士,英国剑桥大学英语学院访问学者。现为青岛科技大学外国语学院副教授,硕士生导师,山东省外国文学学会理事。主要从事英国文学和比较文学研究,曾在《国外文学》、《宁夏社会科学》等刊物上发表论文3 0余篇。
