"70 Years of Historical Research in New China" is divided into seven parts: General Introduction, Chinese Archaeology, Ancient Chinese History, Modern Chinese History, World History, Chinese Frontier History, Historical Theory and Historical History. Based on the existing disciplines of the six institutes under the Chinese Academy of History, this paper systematically summarizes the development status, main achievements, existing problems and future development direction of New China historical research under the strong leadership of the Party and the state, reveals the internal laws of the development of history, explains the unique path of the development of Chinese history, and contributes to accelerating the construction of the discipline system, academic system and discourse system of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics.
