本书综合利用多种信息资源，采用文献计量学、科学计量学与内容分析方法，对1999—2016年间我国人文社会科学领域基金特别是国家社会科学基金、省级社会科学基金的论文产出和影响力进行大样本统计分析，分析的内容和主要的统计指标包括：项目投入与论文产出比较、基金分布、学科与研究热点分布、项目分布、机构和作者分布、合作状况、地区分布以及被转载频次、被引用频次、被下载频次、“核心期刊论文比”等指标，力图从多层面、多维度系统地揭示中国人文社会科学领域资助格局、资助成效和资助特点，并侧重反映国家社科基金在推动人文社会科学发展方面所发挥的引领作用、主要资助学科的研究状况。

This book comprehensively uses a variety of information resources, adopts bibliometrics, scientometrics and content analysis methods, and conducts a large-sample statistical analysis of the paper output and influence of China's humanities and social science funds, especially the National Social Science Foundation and the Provincial Social Science Foundation, from 1999 to 2016, and the content and main statistical indicators analyzed include: comparison of project input and paper output, fund distribution, distribution of disciplines and research hotspots, project distribution, institutional and author distribution, cooperation status, Regional distribution, frequency of reprinting, frequency of citation, frequency of downloading, "ratio of core journal papers" and other indicators strive to systematically reveal the funding pattern, funding effectiveness and funding characteristics of Chinese and social sciences from multiple levels and dimensions, and focus on reflecting the leading role played by the National Social Science Foundation in promoting the development of humanities and social sciences and the research status of major funding disciplines.（AI翻译）
