本书是中国社会科学院刑法学重点学科与国内刑法学界的部分同仁联合推出的一本旨在纪念新中国成立70周年的刑法学论著。全书分为五个版块：“新中国成立70年来我国刑法的回顾”“社会变迁与刑法扩张”“罪刑关系与刑罚结构的完善”“网络犯罪前沿问题”“刑事一体化与立体刑法学”，每个版块均选取有代表性的作品若干。《社会变迁与刑法知识演进》的书名表明，它与之前我们推出的《社会变迁中的刑法发展》和《社会变迁与刑法科学新时代》相呼应，初步构成了“社会变迁与刑法发展”这一主题研究的三部曲。当然，社会变迁和刑法发展无止境，学界对这一课题的关注也应是持续性的、不间断的。
This book is a criminal law treatise jointly launched by the key discipline of criminal law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and some colleagues in the domestic criminal law circles to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. The book is divided into five sections: "Review of China's Criminal Law in the 70 Years Since the Founding of New China", "Social Changes and Criminal Law Expansion", "Crime-Criminal Relationship and Improvement of Penal Structure", "Frontier Issues of Cybercrime", "Criminal Integration and Three-dimensional Criminal Law", each section selects a number of representative works. The title of "Social Change and the Evolution of Criminal Law Knowledge" indicates that it echoes the previous "Development of Criminal Law in Social Change" and "Social Change and the New Era of Criminal Law Science", which initially constitutes a trilogy of research on the theme of "Social Change and Criminal Law Development".
