This book is a review and summary of the development achievements and lessons learned from China's emergency education and campus safety governance in 2019, aiming to further improve the crisis, risk awareness and response ability of campus safety governance managers and the whole society, and provide a theoretical basis for the construction of campus safety risk prevention and control system. Based on the overall analysis of campus safety management and campus safety education in 2019, this book focuses on the prominent problems faced by campus safety in 2019, such as campus public health management, campus network security governance, campus perimeter security rectification, campus bullying and violence prevention and control, and school trouble incident governance. Through the relevant statistics and typical cases of the incident, the risks and causes of campus safety were analyzed, the problems existing in governance were deeply reflected, the future development trend was studied, and suggestions for improving the construction of relevant systems for campus safety management and the improvement path of governance were put forward.
