本书主要针对中国城市群治理的需要，梳理总结中国城市群治理的经验，分析中国城市群治理的现状与问题；其宗旨是为政府制定城市群政策提供依据，为学术界研究中国城市群治理提供参考，为各界人士了解中国城市群治理提供窗口。本报告依据中国城市群发展的状况，选取长三角、珠三角、京津冀三大先发城市群；成渝、哈长、中原城市群等跨省城市群以及长株潭、山东半岛、呼包鄂等省内城市群三类案例，分析目前城市群治理的现状和问题，探讨如何建立城市群协调发展的治理机制。

This book mainly focuses on the needs of the governance of urban agglomerations in China, summarizes the experience of urban agglomeration governance in China, and analyzes the current situation and problems of urban agglomeration governance in China. Its purpose is to provide a basis for the government to formulate urban agglomeration policies, provide a reference for academic research on the governance of China's urban agglomeration, and provide a window for people from all walks of life to understand the governance of China's urban agglomeration. Based on the development of China's urban agglomerations, this report selects the three pioneer city agglomerations of the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The three types of cases of cross-provincial urban agglomerations such as Chengdu-Chongqing, Harbin and Central Plains urban agglomerations, as well as urban agglomerations in Changzhutan, Shandong Peninsula and Hubao'e, analyzed the current status and problems of urban agglomeration governance, and explored how to establish a governance mechanism for the coordinated development of urban agglomerations.（AI翻译）
