《中国城市竞争力报告No.17：住房：关系国与家》由中国社会科学院财经战略研究院院长助理倪鹏飞作首席研究员，两岸四地城市竞争力专家共同携手，历时大半年时间联合完成。《报告》按照指标最小化原则，构建了城市综合经济竞争力指数、宜居竞争力指数、可持续竞争力指数、宜商竞争力指数，对2018年中国两岸四地293个城市的综合经济竞争力和288个城市的宜居竞争力、可持续竞争力、宜商竞争力进行了研究。《报告》的年度主题为“住房，关系国与家”，对房地产与促增长、调结构、防风险和惠民生进行了统计分析、理论研究、实证检验和情景模拟，发现具有重要决策参考价值的非线性关系。
"China Urban Competitiveness Report No.17: Housing: Relations between Country and Home" was jointly completed by Ni Pengfei, assistant to the president of the Institute of Financial Strategy of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and joint efforts of urban competitiveness experts from the four regions of the Taiwan Strait and the four regions. According to the principle of minimizing indicators, the report constructs the comprehensive economic competitiveness index, livable competitiveness index, sustainable competitiveness index and business-friendly competitiveness index of cities, and studies the comprehensive economic competitiveness of 293 cities in the four regions of China and the livability, sustainable competitiveness and business competitiveness of 288 cities in 2018. The annual theme of the "Report" is "Housing, Relations between Country and Home", and statistical analysis, theoretical research, empirical testing and scenario simulation are carried out on real estate and promoting growth, adjusting structure, preventing risks and benefiting people's livelihood, and finding nonlinear relationships with important decision-making reference value.（AI翻译）
