未来20年，中国不仅要尽快解决环境问题，还要尽量延缓老龄化进程，这是以往发达国家所没有面临的复杂局面。锚定二〇三五年远景目标，综合考虑国内外发展趋势和我国发展条件，必须结合人口老化与环境污染困局，研究中国经济增长问题。本书上篇提供一个研究人口、资源、环境与经济增长协调发展问题的新视角，深入分析了中国环境污染与人口老化的城乡格局、省级格局、区域格局、差异格局，拓展并构建了一个包含老龄化的环境约束六部门内生增长模型，进行人口老化与环境污染约束下的理论研究，并基于联立方程进行实证检验及情景分析，全面考察人口老化与环境污染困局下经济能否实现可持续增长。下篇划分八大区域，进行现状分析、实证检验、情景分析及路径选择，提出实现经济可持续、高质量增长的差异化路径。

In the next 20 years, China must not only solve environmental problems as soon as possible, but also delay the aging process as much as possible, which is a complex situation that developed countries have not faced in the past. Anchoring the long-term goals for 2035, comprehensively considering domestic and foreign development trends and China's development conditions, it is necessary to study China's economic growth in combination with the dilemma of population aging and environmental pollution. The first part of this book provides a new perspective on the coordinated development of population, resources, environment and economic growth, deeply analyzes the urban-rural, provincial, regional and differential patterns of environmental pollution and population aging in China, expands and constructs an endogenous growth model of six sectors including aging environmental constraints, conducts theoretical research under the constraints of population aging and environmental pollution, and conducts empirical tests and scenario analysis based on simultaneous equations to comprehensively investigate whether the economy can achieve sustainable growth under the dilemma of population aging and environmental pollution. In the second part, eight major regions are divided, and the current situation analysis, empirical test, scenario analysis and path selection are carried out, and a differentiated path to achieve sustainable and high-quality economic growth is proposed.（AI翻译）
