世界经济总因分歧与共谋而跌宕起伏，变幻莫测。为此，中国宏观经济与财政政策分析课题组自2008年成立以来，以季度为单元，始终关注中国宏观经济的运行和世界经济的发展情況。对各国财政收支及风险情況、宏观调控的搭配框架，以及财政政策的运行和调整方案等做了深入的跟踪分析，形成了系列季度报告。通过对各季度报告的整理编排，2008—2019年十年间课题组每两年出版一本成果，2020年起每年出版一本成果。本书由课题组2020年度的研究成果整理而成。

The world economy is always subject to ups and downs and unpredictability due to differences and complicity. To this end, since its establishment in 2008, the China Macroeconomic and Fiscal Policy Analysis Research Group has always paid attention to the operation of China's macroeconomy and the development of the world economy on a quarterly basis. The fiscal revenue and expenditure and risk situation of various countries, the matching framework of macro-control, and the operation and adjustment plan of fiscal policy have been thoroughly tracked and analyzed, and a series of quarterly reports have been formed.
