本书梳理了以往研究者在国际贸易的环境效应、环境规制的测算方法、环境规制对贸易的影响等方面的研究成果。分别按照普通方法和非竞争性投入产出方法从全产业链角度测算了我国出口贸易引致的各类污染物排放量和隐含污染物排放量，更加准确地评判了我国出口贸易的环境效应。随后分析了环境规制对出口贸易引致污染物排放的影响传导机制，并分别检验了贸易流量、绿色生产率、产业结构三个变量是否对出口贸易的环境污染存在中介效应。对环境规制提升在多大程度上冲击我国经济和产业发展的问题上，本书分别采用问卷调研、CGE模型测算和典型地区实地调研三种方式进行了研究，认为环境规制提升对我国经济总体冲击有限，但对各产业的影响存在差异。

This book summarizes the research results of previous researchers on the environmental effects of international trade, the measurement methods of environmental regulation, and the impact of environmental regulation on trade. According to the ordinary method and non-competitive input-output method, the emission of various pollutants and hidden pollutants caused by China's export trade were measured from the perspective of the whole industrial chain, and the environmental effect of China's export trade was more accurately evaluated. Then, the transmission mechanism of the impact of environmental regulation on pollutant emissions caused by export trade was analyzed, and whether the three variables of trade flow, green productivity and industrial structure had mediating effects on environmental pollution in export trade were tested. On the question of the extent to which the improvement of environmental regulation affects China's economic and industrial development, this book uses questionnaire survey, CGE model measurement and field research in typical areas to conduct research, and believes that the impact of environmental regulation improvement on China's economy is limited, but there are differences in the impact on various industries.（AI翻译）
